Who Qualifies as a Hero?

What if I am already working with an agent or Lender?

​

If you are currently with represented by an agent or lender, it is not our intent for you to break that agreement. If they are interested in learning more about our program, have them contact us to find out more about the rewards we offer.

Does this program work for both buying and selling a home?

​

Yes, the benefits to our heroes can be applied to both selling and buying and can be combined for even more rewards to you. When selling with a full service listing with our affiliates heroes receive a 25% negotiated discount. When buying, combine that with the 25% commission rebate heroes receive at closing along with lender rewards to really make the most of our program.

Is the qualification process complicated?

​

No. Simply speak with one our affiliates to get started. Once you and the agent and or lender agree to work together on the home buying, selling or refinance process, all related parties will set up and clearly communicate the terms of the reward.

What if I am not ready yet to buy, sell or refinance?

​

No problem. If you are just thinking about it, speaking with one of our agents or lenders will get you informed on the benefits we have to offer and help best prepare you for the buying, selling or refinancing process.

Do I need to use all of your affiliates to enjoy savings?

​

No, you do not need to use all of our affiliates, but to receive a 25% rebate reward at the time of closing you need a Heroes Home Team Colorado real estate agent. Our lender affiliates offer additional savings available to you our local heroes as well.

What if I have poor credit?

​

Please speak with our affiliates. Our lending specialists will provide you with expert advice and information to assist you and answer your questions. Our goal is to get you started on your path toward realizing your real estate goals.

What types of transaction do not work with your program?
